Ageing: Matured 12 months in French oak barrels. Palate: Well-balanced tannins on the palate, black fruits along with violet and subtle hints of spices. Food Pairing : Pairs well with medium spicy Asian cuisine, Indian kebab preparations, good cuts of red meat, game, fowl and strong cheeses
