Twinwoods Shiraz Margaret River 2015

Twinwoods Estate is located in the heart of the Margaret River wine region, which is about 3 hours south Perth the capital city of Western Australia. At Twinwoods Estate we make wine and oil from grapes and olives which we grow on our own estate. The mild climate of Margaret River produces Shiraz, or what could be more correctly termed, Syrah wine styles which are of more elegant nature and less ripe style than the Shiraz for which Australia has become noted.

Color: Bright red in color. Aromatics: With pepper spice aromatics.  Palate: The palate is generous and rich with balance and a modern soft structure.   Food Pairing: Perfect match for slow cooked meats such as beef and lamb but is also elegant enough to accompany chicken and other poultry dishes, and of course is excellent with cheese.
