This cask strength Single Malt needs every bit of its extra punch to support the nose and palate. The former is an intoxicating and aromatic potpourri of peat, melon-y sea foam, pipe tobacco and Alsatian Riesling. The palate is rich, plummy, sweet, peaty and burnt-rubber-y, but in a good way.
